About this job

As a Building Design Application Specialist in the Autodesk Division, you will support our clients with software training, technical support, demonstrations, installation/configuration, standards development and industry knowledge. In this role you will be on the Professional Services Team. 

Duties

You will work with clients and with the sales team in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in one or more of the following industries; architectural design, structural design, construction, Building Information Modeling (BIM), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering
  • Experience with a minimum of one of the following software applications: Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Revit Structure, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture or Navisworks
  • Passion for technology and the latest software related to BIM, MEP, architectural and structural design and engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment and alone with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • An understanding of network infrastructure, file management, networking protocols and virtualization is a plus
