Our continued success depends on listening to our customer's feedback. The Autodesk® Customer Satisfaction Program provides us with an opportunity to understand what customers think about all aspects of working with us.
If you have recently activated an Autodesk product, or if your subscription renewal is due, then you may be sent an invitation by Autodesk to complete an online survey. These surveys are sent every quarter, in March, June, September and December.
This gives you a chance to tell us what you like and helps us to evaluate, prioritize and make changes that are most important to you. Remember that you are rating your experience with Cansel, not Autodesk.
The targets we need to achieve are very demanding. With scores under 9 out of 10 considered poor, our goal is to achieve a score of 10 with every customer.
