The Cansel Group of Companies is announcing today that Grimco, a national wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor with close to 60 locations throughout North America has acquired our COBALT Graphics Distribution division effective May 1, 2021.

Update on our measures to support you
As you’re aware, the situation surrounding COVID-19 is a rapidly evolving one. Several provincial governments have recently announced that all non-essential businesses must be shut down. Cansel will be adhering to the government directive and observing all guidelines to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

Trimble announces the acquisition of Can-Net
We are pleased to announce that Trimble has purchased Can-Net, Cansel’s RTK network correction service. Trimble has a long history of providing VRS network infrastructure design and build, as well as delivering reliable GNSS correction solutions for the agriculture, geospatial, construction and automotive industries.

Cansel Is Now An Authorized Radiodetection Repair Center
Cansel is pleased to announce that we are now an authorized service centre for Radiodetection. Cansel has factory trained technicians that can provide a full range of repair services including factory approved warranty repairs.
Cansel receives highest revenue award from Trimble
In April 2018, Cansel was recognized at Trimble’s Annual Partners Conference held in beautiful downtown Montréal. Cansel won the award for highest revenue worldwide in the Geospatial division.
Hockey by Pat Hills
Hockey is imbued in our culture and common language in Canada. It is just a game, yes. But it's something more, isn't it? It transcends gender, age, ethnicity. It welcomes new Canadians - all values we ascribe to as a nation. It is a source of pride and identity. Every year at the AGM we celebrate this part of our heritage by lacing up our skates, throwing our sticks into the centre of the rink to choose sides - and we play.
What does BIM mean to Cansel?
Sheila Bjerreskov is a project manager in the Professional Services division at Cansel. The Professional Services group works with clients to make sure that they understand their business, their pain points, and their long term business goals. She works with clients to develop strategies for the projects they undertake, such as implementing new technologies or processes, and expanding their service offerings.
Cansel partners with AproPLAN to provide even more solutions to help manage your workflow and collaborate with your team
We are very pleased to announce our authorization as an AproPLAN partner. AproPLAN software helps make construction easier for everyone involved, from the first drawing to the project handover. Its powerful capabilities allow users to capture information onsite and communicate in real time with stakeholders, share plans and documents, and keep track of what is going on.
Cansel partners with Bluebeam Software to provide even more solutions to help manage your workflow
We are very pleased to announce that Cansel has entered into an agreement to be an authorized Bluebeam® reseller in Canada. Bluebeam Software makes smart, simple solutions for paperless workflows based on the PDF format.
