Course description

This course is designed to demonstrate how to calculate areas and volumes within SCENE. Perhaps many users know how to use other workflows to calculate areas and volumes after exporting data out to a third party software, however many do not know that there are two apps, simple yet powerful, available in SCENE, that can be used for this function.

  • Calculating volume based on different scenarios

Prerequisites:

Any user with a fundamental knowledge of FARO SCENE can turn FARO SCENE into a powerful area and volume calculator.
