Cansel announces the acquisition of Midland Paper Packaging & Supplies’ Canadian wide format printing supplies division
Vancouver, BC, March 31, 2017 — Cansel, a software, hardware, and service provider to engineering, surveying, construction, architecture, government and printing industries, announced today that it has acquired the Canadian wide format printing supplies division of Midland Paper Packaging & Supplies.
First incorporated in 1907, Midland Paper Packaging & Supplies is one of North America's leading fine paper and packaging distributors. Originating from Chicago, Midland Paper has expanded over the years to 20 strategically located distribution centers throughout the U.S. and Canada, totaling nearly 1.25 million square feet of storage dedicated to servicing your paper and packaging needs. With today's announcement, Cansel will transfer inventory and assets from Midland's warehouses in Toronto and Calgary.
