Cansel announces exclusive reseller agreement with ikeGPS

VANCOUVER, BC, March 20, 2018 – Cansel is pleased to announce a new distribution agreement with ikeGPS, who is changing the way the world is measured, utilizing its smart laser measurement solutions to capture, record and manage asset information. This agreement expands the availability of Spike by ikeGPS to Canada, furthering its North American presence into Geospatial, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries.

"We believe that bringing Spike to our geospatial and government customers will meet a need they have for complete end-to-end workflows while in the field on mobile devices,” says Martin Trudelle, Vice President for the Mapping & GIS Business at Cansel. “As an Esri partner, we are confident that we can quickly deploy Spike with Survey123 across Canada, and that it will be received with much success."

“We recognize Cansel’s expertise in geospatial and AEC markets, and in their knowledge of leading technologies that impact mobile field data collection. They are launching Spike in Canada at an opportune time, given our recent announcement of the integration between Esri’s Survey123 for ArcGIS and Spike,” says Glenn Milnes, CEO of ikeGPS. “As a trusted supplier in the geospatial and government sectors, they are poised to capitalize on this integration and to support their customers in improving field data collection processes.”
