Comments from the winners

Abdelsatar Elmezayen:

What a great honor to win #CanselBusinessAward for my project #Smartphone for precise positioning. I want to thank Dr Ahmed El-Rabbany for his motivation and support, Pat Hills and Cansel for offering this award which opens the way for grad students to use their products for community service, and Dr Khaled Sennah and the review committee for their effort.

Yasmine Megaheed:

Honored to be selected as this year's recipient of the Cansel Innovation Award. I'd like to thank Cansel for offering the award to graduate students as a recognition of their research innovation in Geomatics. It was a pleasure meeting with Mr. Pat Hills, the director technical marketing, who delivered the award in RU civil engineering awards ceremony. It was a lovely evening where I shared this success with other award recipients, faculty members, and friends. Special thanks to my supervisor, Dr. Ahmed Shaker AbdElrahman, for his encouragement and support, as well as to my friends, Toka and Hoda, for sharing these beautiful moments with me.
