The Schonstedt u-LOCATE Single Frequency Locator Kit is a professional utility locating solution designed for accurate tracing of buried metallic utilities using both passive and active locating methods. Featuring a dedicated 82 kHz active frequency and depth measurement capability, the u-LOCATE provides reliable performance for everyday utility locating applications.

The u-LOCATE locator supports passive locating for detecting existing signals on buried services, as well as active locating when paired with the included transmitter. The 1-watt u-LOCATE transmitter applies a controlled signal onto underground cables and pipes, enabling positive identification and improved tracing accuracy in congested environments.

This kit includes a comprehensive set of accessories to support multiple locating methods, including direct connection, inductive locating using a neodymium magnet, and extended reach with an extension lead and earth stake.
