It uses the same proven thumb-release design concepts as the 5217-04 series, in a more compact form for improved portability and tight working spaces. This mini bipod accommodates 1" to 1.25" (25.4–31.8 mm) diameter poles through the open clamp, with 1.5" OD poles loadable from the top . The independently adjustable legs extend to 35 in (88.9 cm) and collapse to 25 in (63.5 cm) , making it easy to transport and ideal for compact field setups.
