Fill out our Service & Repair Authorization Form and include it with your instrument:

  • When shipping it out for service
  • Or, present it to your local Customer Service Representative for in-store drop off.

Why get your equipment serviced?

Ongoing maintenance is crucial in ensuring your equipment operates as efficiently as possible. External factors, such as the ones listed below, affect the quality and performance of your equipment:
